About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Carpenter Helper at Dhillon13 Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to meet project specifications.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure a stable foundation.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to maintain a safe working environment.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in various locations, including construction sites and warehouses.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform repetitive tasks.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
