About the Role

Athwal Electrical Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor - Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, tradespeople, and contractors.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards and is in compliance with relevant regulations and codes.
  • Safety Management: Develop and implement safety plans and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate construction teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems and issues that arise during project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and experience with construction project management software.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working on construction sites in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
