  • Mortgage Renewals and Renegotiations: Guide clients through mortgage renewals or renegotiations, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Client Satisfaction and Engagement: Ensure client satisfaction and engagement through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaboration and Referrals: Refer clients to specialized colleagues when needed, upholding compliance and risk management standards.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent.
  • Licenses and Certifications: License to sell mutual funds - obtainable within three months of hire.
  • Experience and Attitude: Previous advisory experience and an inclusive attitude.
