Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will use your clinical skills to provide high-quality home health care to our clients, ensuring they receive the care they need and deserve in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality home health care to clients, using your clinical skills to ensure they receive the care they need and deserve.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive care to our clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current registration with the provincial licensing body.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of home health care practices.
