We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team at Choquette CKS, a division of Heritage Food Service Group of Canada. As a leading service provider for the food service industry in eastern Canada, we offer a unique opportunity to work with a variety of commercial kitchen equipment and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial refrigeration equipment, including display cases, walk-in coolers/freezers, and ice machines.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration equipment, as well as cooking equipment such as dishwashing machines, ranges, and fryers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and be available to work overtime as needed.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience as a refrigeration technician.
  • 313A journeymen or red seal refrigeration mechanic certification.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a relatively clean driving record.
