Student Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at MTA Corporation as a Student Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational and publicity programs to promote our academic programs.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Design and implement educational and publicity programs to engage students and promote our academic programs.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as needed.
- Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotion strategies to attract students to our programs.
- Client Communication: Serve as a liaison between our organization and students, responding to inquiries and providing support as needed.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating special events and promotions to promote our programs.
- Analysis and Reporting: Conduct analytical studies to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Work Term: Temporary
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 hours per week
