Job Title: European French Localization QA Tester

Are you a gaming enthusiast looking to leverage your native language skills? PTW Montreal is seeking a highly skilled European French Localization QA Tester to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and culturally aware individual to ensure the highest quality of European French language content in our games. As a Localization QA Tester, you will be responsible for proofreading and identifying errors in European French language, ensuring console manufacturer guidelines are met, and providing feedback to improve the game.

Responsibilities:

  • Proofread and identify European French language errors
  • Ensure console manufacturer guidelines are on point
  • Write reports of all errors/bugs found to help improve the game
  • Provide feedback on the game to ensure cultural accuracy and quality
  • Perform ad hoc translations as needed

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in European French is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of European French culture
  • Excellent proficiency in English is essential
  • Computer literacy – particularly with Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
