OPSIS is seeking a dedicated and experienced Water Treatment Plant Operator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our water treatment facility.
As a Water Treatment Plant Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling various processes involved in treating water to meet regulatory standards. Your duties will encompass conducting inspections, collecting samples for laboratory analysis, interpreting results, and making necessary adjustments to optimize treatment processes. You will also be involved in preparing reports and maintaining equipment.
Responsibilities- Monitor and control water treatment processes
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems
- Collect water samples and perform laboratory analyses
- Interpret analytical results and adjust treatment parameters accordingly
- Prepare reports on treatment operations and compliance with regulations
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance tasks on equipment
- Diploma in water treatment technology
- Professional certifications in potable and wastewater treatment
- Minimum one year of experience operating a water treatment plant
- Valid driver's license
