About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at Swift Connect INC. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements and developing strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Analyze business needs and develop recruitment plans to meet staffing requirements.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels to identify and attract top candidates.
  • Application Screening: Screen and evaluate candidate applications to ensure the best fit for the role.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Job Offer Preparation: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
