Our client is a prominent international law firm recognized for its excellence in the legal sector. They are currently in search of a bilingual legal support specialist to enhance their litigation team in Montreal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft standard litigation documentation;
- Transcribe and review essential legal papers;
- Monitor case progress;
- Coordinate lawyers' schedules and manage billing tasks;
- Execute any related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Possess a legal secretarial diploma;
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation;
- Be fully bilingual*, both spoken and written;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Exhibit strong interpersonal abilities;
- Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and meticulousness.
