Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate individual to join our bakery team as a Production Operator. As a valued member of our team, you will operate machinery to prepare high-quality products while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate high-speed continuous donut/bread/pastry production lines
  • Set up, operate, and monitor line equipment
  • Liaise with staff throughout the shift to ensure continuous process and quality standards
  • Manage inventory and maintain a working stock of raw materials
  • Operate machinery for palletizing finished products and data entry into the warehouse management system
  • Operate forklift and manual lifting as required
  • Maintain required hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous line experience in the food industry preferred
  • Ability to work rotating continental shift schedule (2 weeks days and 2 weeks night)
