Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our client's day-to-day activities. This is a 3-month contract opportunity that requires the successful candidate to work on-site, 40-hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a team of Account Managers and Project Managers, including call and documentation support, project/account management support, and administrative tasks.
  • Create and detail accurate call notes, collect key data points and insights, and assist in client report preparation.
  • Assist in tracking project progress, updating timelines, and managing project documentation.
  • Support the team with strong written and verbal communication skills, and a high attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a Project or Marketing Coordinator capacity.
  • Experience with call and documentation support.
  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Ability to work with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working for a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience directly supporting Account Managers and Project Managers.
