Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Learning
    • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans, incorporating a range of teaching methods, including discussions, audio-visual presentations, and field trips.
    • Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.
  • Curriculum Development
    • Develop and implement curriculum programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
    • Evaluate and refine curriculum programs to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Student Support
    • Provide individualized support to students, addressing their unique learning needs and challenges.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in teaching or education-related roles.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
