Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A. Verani Ltd. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in our fast-paced food service environment.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffLead and direct the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and quality control standards are met.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Estimate and Manage ResourcesAccurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Ensure Quality and Customer SatisfactionMonitor and maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare and Submit ReportsPrepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales, stock, repairs, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
Establish Work SchedulesDevelop and implement effective work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
Personal SuitabilityFlexibility, team player, and strong communication skills.
