Patrick Morin inc. is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our department store, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient store operations, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and visual merchandising.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, including conducting performance reviews and providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and implement price and credit policies.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
  • Language: Fluency in French.
