Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at 2 Sisters Poultry & Meat Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate and manage sales contracts to ensure successful outcomes for both parties.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
