About the Opportunity

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in leading and assisting with various audit engagements with clients in the GTA, providing financial, business, and tax advice, and contributing to a strong workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and assist with audit engagements with clients in the GTA, including private businesses and NPOs
  • Provide financial, business, and tax advice to clients
  • Contribute to a strong workplace culture, including reduced summer hours and flexible work environments
About You
  • CPA designation (or in process) or international equivalent
  • Relevant public accounting experience in the assurance sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with clients
  • Access to a vehicle to travel to client sites
