The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary project team to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all project activities are executed in accordance with the project objectives, OSI's Quality Management System (QMS), and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary project team to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure that all project activities are executed in accordance with the project objectives, OSI's QMS, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and control project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project deliverables meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records, are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of customers.
  • Formal project management training (PMP/APM/PRINCE2) and certification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer requirements and expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
