Job Opportunity: Refrigeration Outside Specialist

Carrier Enterprise Canada is seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Outside Specialist to join our team in the Alberta Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert customer service and building strong relationships with our refrigeration and compressor customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated customer service and build strong relationships with refrigeration and compressor customers
  • Grow refrigeration and compressor share of market for the Alberta Region and achieve agreed-upon financial goals
  • Develop and implement market strategies and goals, account strategies, and sales plans for larger refrigeration customers in the Alberta region
  • Work closely with the regional general manager and sales center managers to identify refrigeration, compressor, and parts opportunities, as well as correct product and inventory levels to service customers
  • Launch new products and ensure all products are priced and promoted at the correct market price level to secure business
  • Quote refrigeration jobs, including cooler and freezer rooms, to customers and help select product for specific refrigeration needs
  • Set up regular training for customers and store employees
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of refrigeration sales experience in the HVACR industry
  • Refrigeration and compressor product, market, and industry trend knowledge to provide expert customer service and solutions to refrigeration and compressor customers in Alberta
  • Post-secondary education in HVAC
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and customer service orientation
