Position Overview

Nani's Esthetics and Laser Center Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. This is a permanent position offering a flexible work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in massage therapy or a related field.
  • Certification: Must hold certification from a recognized provincial or territorial association for massage therapists.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate should be open to relocation and comfortable working in various settings, including:

  • Medical facilities or clinics
  • Spa environments
Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to create effective treatment plans for clients.
  • Utilizing various massage techniques, including soft tissue manipulation, relaxation methods, hydrotherapy, and trigger point therapy.
  • Conducting assessments through range of motion and muscle tests to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
  • Providing clear explanations of procedures, risks, and benefits to clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records of treatments administered.
  • Performing massage and kneading techniques on muscles and soft tissues.
