Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Fer-Marc Equipment Ltd. This role involves ensuring the optimal performance of various mechanical systems.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Work Environment

The position will involve working in conditions that may be dusty, dirty, and noisy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections and tests on mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions.
  • Adjust, repair, or replace components of automotive systems as necessary.
  • Repair or replace mechanical units or their components.
  • Test and calibrate repaired systems to meet manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance services.
  • Document problems and work completed through detailed reports.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification.
  • Truck and Transport Mechanic Trade Certification.
  • Valid Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
Tools and Equipment

Applicants are expected to possess their own tools and steel-toed safety boots.
