Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart 286 in Northills Shopping Center. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and managing the daily operations of the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Consultation and Patient Care: Offer expert advice and guidance to customers and healthcare providers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Manage Pharmacy Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the pharmacy, including dispensing medication, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Coach and mentor pharmacy colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure the team is equipped to deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy License in British Columbia: Must be licensed to practice as a pharmacist in British Columbia.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, healthcare providers, and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in pharmacy systems and technology, with a strong understanding of inventory management and workflow processes.
