Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our HR & Compensation Technology group. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will contribute to various deliverables on new and/or annual projects related to HR technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to improve HR technology systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Design and implement new HR technology solutions to meet business needs
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the HR team
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
