At Constructions Proco Inc., the Painter plays a crucial role in our production environment, handling all tasks related to the preparation, repair, and application of coating systems in accordance with technical specifications and guidelines provided by paint manufacturers.
We provide a flexible work schedule that alternates between day and evening shifts, along with an additional bonus for evening hours.
Key Qualifications:
- Understanding of the steel sector, industrial coating processes, and various application methods.
- Skilled in operating different types of spraying equipment.
- Knowledge of quality assurance standards and workplace safety regulations.
- Excellent manual skills and productivity.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in forklift operation and safe use of overhead cranes.
- Basic skills in reading technical drawings.
