Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn & Suits Kingston. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure excellent service and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Inspect rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
