Your Role as a Class 3 Driver

As a Class 3 Driver, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring the efficient and safe collection of recycling materials. Your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough vehicle inspections before each shift.
  • Interacting professionally with customers during service calls.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Securing loads properly for safe transportation.
  • Following dispatch instructions accurately.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements for Success

  • Valid Class 3 Driver's License with Airbrake Endorsement.
  • 1-2 years of relevant driving experience.
  • Experience operating various types of trucks.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including possible weekend shifts.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $23.00-$25.00, based on experience, along with an annual boot allowance and overtime pay opportunities.
