Key Responsibilities:
- Possess over 5 years of extensive experience in the deployment, rollouts, and support of Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules.
- Tailor Oracle Fusion P2P modules to fit the client’s operational workflows, organizational hierarchy, and sector-specific needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge in Product Information Management (PIM), Inventory Control, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Production Scheduling, Global Order Promising, and Production Scheduling processes.
- Exhibit strong expertise in the Plan to Produce business processes particularly relevant to manufacturing sectors such as Heavy Equipment.
- Have substantial experience in Oracle Discrete Manufacturing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, draft Functional Designs, transition specifications to Technical Developers, and oversee the Build, Testing, and Deployment of enhancements related to the P2P Cycle.
- Provide production support, manage configuration updates, and facilitate testing and deployments to production environments.
- Conduct thorough testing of the Oracle System and associated processes.
- Deliver training sessions to client teams on effectively utilizing Oracle’s custom and standard P2P solutions.
- Work independently to address user-reported issues in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Propose recommendations for system improvements, upgrades, or scalability enhancements as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with on-site teams and maintain strong communication skills.
- Exhibit excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
