Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned banking professional to lead our team of financial services experts in delivering exceptional client experiences. As a Centre Manager II, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, driving business growth, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Experience
    • Set the tone for exceptional client service by leading by example and empowering team members to build strong relationships with clients.
    • Exceed client expectations by providing tailored financial solutions and promoting the CIBC brand within the community.
    • Encourage team members to resolve client complaints promptly and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Results-Driven Leadership
    • Create a collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork and enables clients to receive the best possible service.
    • Monitor operational performance and implement action plans to address gaps, as needed.
    • Work closely with partners to maximize market opportunities and drive overall centre performance.
    • Manage and minimize risk to protect the bank, clients, and shareholders.
  • People Leadership
    • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team comprised of leaders, advisors, and representatives to deepen client relationships and drive growth.
    • Provide opportunities for relevant skill development and promote the CIBC brand within the community to attract employees who share and embody our values.

    • Having one of the following courses is an asset: Branch Compliance Officer Course, Branch Manager Course, Conduct and Ethics Course, Not-for-Profit Essentials Course, or Chartered Financial Planner Course.
