Food Product Sampler

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Food Product Sampler to join our team at Sweet Mahal Sweet Factory. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our food products.
Key Responsibilities- Food Safety and Handling: Maintain a high level of food safety and handling skills to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Material Transportation: Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials to and from storage areas and production lines.
- Ingredient Measurement: Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines to ensure accurate and consistent product formulation.
- Container Construction: Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers for packaging.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Packaging and Quality Control: Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers, and check products and packaging for basic quality defects.
- Process Support: Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties, ensuring smooth and efficient production operations.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus, prioritizing customer needs and expectations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable, able to adjust to changing production schedules and priorities.
- Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic, consistently meeting deadlines and expectations.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Work Term: Permanent position with a regular 40-hour workweek.
- Work Language: English language proficiency required.
