Key Responsibilities:
  1. Influence sales and profit results through effective merchandising and inventory management

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years' retail experience in a high-volume, big-box, fast-paced retail store
  2. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment
  3. Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills
  5. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and with learning new software

Candidates must be willing to relocate to multiple markets in the Northernmost regions of Canada. Relocation arrangements will be made and paid for by The North West Company.
