About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Logistics team at JAM Industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services from suppliers to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit purchase orders to suppliers;
  • Resolve receiving issues and problems with the warehouse team;
  • Create backorder reports and follow up with suppliers for ETAs;
  • Update and maintain product information in Oracle, supplier catalogs, and pricing lists;
  • Liaise with suppliers for credit notes and handle shipments from start to finish;
  • Analyze lead time performance and manage logistics master data;
  • Develop and maintain logistics supplier operational procedures;
  • Manage logistics KPIs and dashboards;
  • Prepare reports for internal and external clients.

Requirements:

  • Logistics or traffic experience is an asset;
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work harmoniously in a team and autonomously;
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and data management skills;
  • Fluently bilingual, spoken and written.
