About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at ADAM ASIA CONSTRUCTION INC. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Perform Pre-Operational Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-operational inspections of equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Erect and Dismantle Forms and Scaffolding: Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in Framing and Building: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Demolition and Maintenance: Assist in demolishing buildings and performing routine maintenance work.
  • Remove Debris: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Operate Equipment: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel regularly for work assignments.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
