About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Golf Club Variety Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of stock levels and sales performance.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with sales associates, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
