Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized attention and high-energy training sessions to our members.
- Explain and demonstrate exercises in a way that ensures a great workout experience every time, while motivating members to achieve their fitness goals.
- Convert first-time workouts into membership sales by offering exceptional customer service and promoting our fitness programs.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming gym environment at all times, adhering to our scheduled cleaning program.
Key Success Factors:
- Proven sales skills and ability to meet sales targets.
- Martial arts knowledge and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
