About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Site Helper to join our team at GURVI CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the site is safe and clean.
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials as needed.
  • Earthwork: Level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a construction site environment, which can be dusty and physically demanding.

Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Weight Handling: The candidate must be able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Teamwork: A team player with flexibility, reliability, and a hardworking attitude is essential.
