We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Consultant to join our team at Michael Page International Canada Limited. As a key member of our HRIS implementation team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and end users to gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes.
- Design and troubleshoot the interface and integration of SuccessFactors with other HR and business systems.
- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the stability and accuracy of the system.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with technical teams and vendors as necessary.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, and process flow.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to integrate SuccessFactors with other HR and business systems.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Develop SuccessFactors reports for various HR initiatives and analyses.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, HR management, or a related field.
- Candidates MUST be CERTIFIED in any SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Compensation, Performance Management, Onboarding 2.0, or Recruitment).
- At least 6 years of consulting experience in SuccessFactors / HCM.
- Has experience with at least 2 full cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors.
- Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Systems Analyst or a similar role, with a deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules and functionality.
- Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other corporate systems will be a great asset.
- Experience in SuccessFactors ECP will be an added advantage.
- Experience in CPI will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Cloud data analytics on SuccessFactors.
