Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will function as a vital member of our Interdisciplinary Team, working under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN) and Team Leader to provide direct nursing care to residents. This role requires a high level of communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures.
- Collaborate with the RN and Clinical Leader to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in 24-hour shift rotations and be available to work on any program area.
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including heavy lifting and proper body mechanics.

Salary Range
