Job Summary

The Relief Custodial Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in the school facilities. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain school facilities, including classrooms, hallways, and restrooms
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Collaborate with other staff members to achieve common goals
Requirements
  • Grade 10 education and related experience
  • Ability to read and understand labels and instructions
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Working Conditions

This is a relief position with no established hours of work. The successful candidate will be required to report to work on an as-needed basis.
