Job Title: Lawn Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lawn Care Specialist to join our team at Green Prairie. As a key member of our outdoor space care team, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' lawns.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain lawns to a high standard, ensuring they are well-manicured and visually appealing.
  • Operate various equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and edgers, safely and efficiently.
  • Perform tasks such as pruning, weeding, and fertilizing to promote healthy lawn growth.
  • Work in various locations, including residential properties and lawn care company settings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in lawn care or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be working outdoors in various weather conditions. You will be required to wear safety equipment and gear to protect yourself and others.

Language:

The primary language of communication for this role is English.Work Schedule:

The work schedule for this role is 30 to 50 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate changing client needs.
