About the Role:

New Balance is seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and promoting our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer service, utilizing effective communication and product knowledge to meet customer needs.
  • Measure and fit customers with appropriate New Balance products, ensuring a perfect fit.
  • Stay up-to-date on promotions and inform customers about current offers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a positive shopping environment.
  • Process transactions efficiently, utilizing cash register functions and providing excellent customer service.
  • Protect company assets by adhering to security protocols and reporting any incidents.
  • Follow safety regulations, including proper lifting procedures and timely reporting of accidents.

Requirements for Success:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 8 pounds and stand for extended periods.
