**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cleaner to join our team in a property maintenance role. This position will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
- Operate cleaning equipment to remove dirt and debris;
- Wash windows and interior walls to maintain a clean and tidy appearance;
- Pick up trash and recyclables to maintain a clean and organized environment;
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers to prevent odors and pests;
- Sweep, mop, and scrub floors to maintain a clean and safe environment;
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, stairs, and lobbies;
- Clean vacant units to prepare them for new tenants;
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Property Manager;
- Perform other duties as required to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the properties.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a cleaning or customer service role is considered an asset;
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Proven communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively interact with colleagues and tenants;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
