Retail Store Manager

Tiffany's takeout & delivery is seeking a highly organized and efficient Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our store, including supervising sales floor staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Workers: Lead and motivate a team of sales floor staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Ensure that sales floor staff are assigned to tasks that maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Authorize Payments by Cheque: Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
- Order Merchandise: Source and purchase merchandise to meet customer demand.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising and Personnel Matters: Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues that May Arise: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may impact store operations.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum of a secondary school diploma is required.
- 1 to 2 Years of Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment is essential.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively manage a team.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Organized: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Team Player: A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to Multitask: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
