Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Shop Supervisor to oversee operations within our facility. This is a permanent position that requires a commitment of 40 to 48 hours per week.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to clients regarding services performed and future maintenance needs.
  • Adjust, repair, or replace components of automotive systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct tests and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance services on vehicles.
  • Document issues and services rendered through detailed reports.
  • Mentor and train apprentices in automotive repair techniques.
  • Ensure repaired systems meet manufacturer specifications through thorough testing.
  • Manage repairs and adjustments for commercial transport truck systems.
  • Oversee the maintenance of truck-trailer systems.
  • Estimate costs for parts and labor for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
  • Inspect mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions.
  • Execute repairs or replacements of mechanical units or components as needed.
