Role Overview: As a Chef de Partie, you will be an integral member of our culinary brigade. Your duties will encompass food preparation, oversight of kitchen staff, and upholding exceptional quality standards.

Key Duties:

  • Prepare dishes in accordance with recipes and portion guidelines
  • Supervise a team of up to 8 kitchen staff
  • Utilize various cooking methods including baking, roasting, steaming, and broiling

  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Execute additional assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Possession of Journeyman's certification/Red Seal
  • A minimum of four years in culinary roles
  • Expertise in Garde Manger, Hot Kitchen, and Line Cooking
  • Strong leadership and training capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
