Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of the hospital premises to identify and respond to potential security threats
  • Investigate incidents and complete incident reports in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a courteous and respectful manner
  • Work collaboratively with hospital staff to maintain a safe and secure environment
Requirements
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Level C Certificate
  • Copy of Immunization Record
  • Must have your own vehicle
  • Must be able to commit to 5 days of pre-deployment training
  • Must be able to commit to 5 site training shifts at all QHC Hospitals
  • Must be or be able to be clean shaven to pass N95 Mask Fit Test
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must be able to work alone
