We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs for the given territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Engage customers and address their needs through effective product presentations, services existing accounts, and identifies and pursues new business opportunities.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, industry trends, new products, and merchandising techniques.
  • Sales Strategies and Planning: Develops and implements effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in janitorial or related industries.
  • Education: A University degree with a concentration in Sales and Marketing, or Business Administration/Management preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: A valid Class 5 Driver's license required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, strong negotiation and presentation abilities, self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
