Pharmacist Staff Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist Staff to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, prepare, and deliver prescriptions accurately and timely
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet patient needs
  • Counsel patients with appropriate documentation
  • Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely
  • Review and control costs at all levels within the pharmacy
  • Provide ongoing training for new and existing pharmacy colleagues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
  • Class A Pharmacist's license
  • Excellent leadership and performance management skills
  • Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies
  • Strong personal computing skills and knowledge of Health Watch Pharmacy Computer system
