Key responsibilities include:
- Developing pricing standards, methodologies, and policies for property and casualty products
- Participating in the profitable growth of products through analysis, modeling, and projections
- Proposing solutions to improve and optimize processes, programs, and work methods
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and contributing to the transfer of knowledge through coaching and management of team members
The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience in actuarial science or mathematics, a strong entrepreneurial profile, and excellent analytical and leadership skills. Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory, and a FCIA, FCAS designation will be an asset.
