Job Title: Roofing Helper

Eileen Roofing Inc. is seeking a skilled Roofing Helper to join our team. As a Roofing Helper, you will assist our experienced roofers in various tasks, ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Measure weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting of heavy materials.
  • Pave and rake asphalt to ensure a smooth surface.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse.
  • Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and tools.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements:
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Fall Arrest Protection Training Course.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment.
