Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Spice Junction Hospitality Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement menus, pricing, and promotions to meet customer demands.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring optimal staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and developing staff.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health and safety standards.
